Unless otherwise agreed, fees for our services are payable on completion of work.  Where moneys are to be paid to attorneys or clients, our fees will be due and payable of the receipt of the moneys by the attorney or client.  If moneys are paid to attorneys, the attorney will account to us our fee portion.  Without releasing the attorney from his obligation thereto, and if he failed to pay our fee, the client will be liable as well to pay our fee.  If tasks are able to be separated, each section of work will be payable on completion.

The terms and conditions of use of this website are governed by the Laws of South Africa and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts in South Africa.

Should any term hereof be invalid or unenforceable, such term will be removed from interpretation hereof and the remainder of the terms and conditions will remain in force and effect.
