Social landlord services
The charge per unit for waste removal services shall be set at R21.34 per unit for Registered Social Landlord Policy, the following shall apply:
The definition of a dwelling unit for the purposes of apportioning charges shall be a hostel room, flat, apartment or room that meets the definition of a self-standing residential unit for the purposes of all residential tariffs and/or the minimum of a 10 meter-squared undivided room built with formal materials functioning as a self-standing residential space subject of a single tenancy agreement accessing a common corridor with shared kitchen and bathroom.
The tariff in use for the charging of waste removal services shall be that used for residential properties.
I do not deal with hazardous waste fees.
NON DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
Business City Cleaning Levy for Business and Commercial Properties
Pikitup levy commercial or business customers across the City, irrespective of the service provider, a City Cleaning Levy which contributes towards the cost of rendering non-billable services.
