BILLING ERRORS

MUNAR deals with all aspects of billing related queries.

This includes:  

Water Accounts:   We arrange that actual meter readings are loaded on the system where the clients were billed for estimates or where incorrect readings were reflected on the statements. If a client’s water account is incorrect, his sewer account will also be incorrect as the sewer is a portion of the water consumed.

Electricity:    We arrange that actual meter readings are loaded on the system where the clients were billed for estimates or where incorrect readings were reflected on the statements. If a business client is on the incorrect billing structure, we arrange that he is placed on the correct billing structure.   

Assessment rates which were incorrectly billed.

Refuse removal:  We correct billing problems for instance where a client is not debited for refuse removal, or where a client was charged for too many bins or for a skip, while no skip is stationed at the premises.

 

To assist clients, we require:

  1. Full description of the problem.
  2. A copy of the latest statement in your possession.
  3. A Power of attorney that we may act on your behalf.

 

Before commencement of work, we will quote and agree on a fee for the work undertaken.
